It was born from an idea of Marco who, together with his partner Giovanna and his brother Davide, decided to channel their multiple experiences, specializations in the sector, various technical and professional skills in the production of Artisan Ice Cream and in the small Modern Pastry.
The name IKIGAI is a term of Japanese origin that indicates the search for the meaning of one's life in order to be happy. It encompasses four fundamental points in the life of each of us: passion, mission, profession and vocation. The point at which these four fundamental points intersect is the key to our IKIGAI.
And so it is that, aiming every day to reach our IKIGAI, we present our ice cream, made only with quality raw materials, such as fresh fruit, fresh milk, chocolate and dried fruit of first choice, together with the scents of our territory, which distinguish us all over the world, and with the love we have for it.
