Teacher and farmer's daughter, I have always been passionate about pastry and beautiful cakes. But it was during Covid that I "fell" into the world of ice cream.
So I followed 2 years of training and thought about it for many months before finally daring to take the plunge and start as an artisan ice cream maker at the end of 2023.
I am committed to making delicious and beautiful cakes that meet your desires and wishes.
For this, the cakes are made from organic farm milk and I take the time to discuss with you in order to better understand your universe.
